Quality is not an act, it is a habit.
CRS is committed to meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations with our dedicated workforce and continuous improvement effort focusing on our processes. We are dedicated to delivering defect-free products on-time at the most competitive rate.
CRS is an AAR M-1002, M-1003 and S-2034 facility that takes great pride in promoting the familiar phrase, “Say what you do and do what you say.”
At CRS we make all this possible by implementing trainings sessions, job shadowing from the Penn State RTE Engineering program, design reviews, project review meetings, extensive internal auditing plans and management support.
We conduct monthly internal audits of our Quality Management System (QMS) and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance to the ISO requirements and also strive to make CRS a world leader in the fabrication industry.
We hire outside consulting firms to conduct yearly audits and guide CRS to adhere to and maintain our AAR certifications and other consultants may be used for Association of the American Rail (AAR) application and compliance to specific codes.
